Intro - we could start with a little talk from each of the participants and at that point decide what we would like to, as a group, take forward. OK
Healthcare Frameworks - Healthcare requirements about frameworks, making an exercise in order to evaluate the potential of the use of Python and TurboGears. (James Gardner: I've used Pylons in two Health Research Management Systems)
Standards - HL7, DICOM any other relevant ones. Available implmentations / tools.
CE marking - Requirments / ability to CE mark software
Sprint versus Open Space
We have to decide if we want a sprint or an open space. I think an open space would be better because:
- Probably not enough interest to get the whole conference sprinting
- No need to get Monday off work
(perhaps someone else can give an argument in the other direction)
Etienne: need for a SPRINT: I am interested to make a basic exercise of framework which could be used for medical applications. At the same time this will open discussion about "why" and "how". Therefore we need a 2 days sprint with a few motivated people. Face to face contact is necessary to start that kind of project and follow-up will be continued by means of electronic communication. An "Open Space" would become meaningful later, when some results would be available and in order to contact a larger audience. CategoryHomepage
